Your child isn't being difficult. Something is getting in the way.

The Nourished Pathway is a 3-month program for kids with picky eating, constipation, and growth concerns.

We look at the whole picture - not just what's on the plate, but what's happening inside their body - so they can Eat, Grow, and Thrive™.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You might be here if…

🤍 Your child eats a very limited number of foods (sometimes fewer than 10)

🤍 Fills up on snacks, won't touch dinner

🤍 Constipation keeps coming back and you're tired of Miralax being the only answer

🤍 You've tried every trick, tip, and strategy - and you're running out of ideas

🤍 You're noticing mood swings, low energy, and poor sleep - and wondering if what they're eating has something to do with it

🤍 You’ve been told it’s “normal,” but your gut says something is not right

"The pediatrician reassured us that it was normal... but I was concerned"

— Dayna

"Mealtimes felt stressful and honestly so exhausting"

WHO YOU'RE WORKING WITH

Hi, I’m Danielle 👋

I work with families who feel stuck. Mealtimes are stressful, progress isn't happening, and something still feels off even though you've tried everything. That's exactly who I'm here for.

I specialize in the intersection of picky eating, digestion, and growth, and I’m kind of obsessed with this work.

I combine functional nutrition, feeding principles, gut health, and play to understand why your child is struggling, then build a plan that actually fits your child and your real life.

Your kid eats 3 times a day, every day, for the rest of their lives. Wouldn’t it be nice if those moments felt a little easier… and maybe even enjoyable?

Because to nourish means to feed, cherish, support, and help flourish — and that's what this work is really about.

ONE CONNECTED PLAN

Eating, digestion, and growth aren't separate problems.

Most families bounce between specialists, each looking at one piece. The Nourished Pathway looks at all of them.

Your roadmap to helping your child Eat, Grow, Thrive™

  • Picky Eating/Selective Eating icon

    Eat

Picky eating · Feeding difficulties (PFD/ARFID) · Tube feeding

Your child eats the same handful of foods (and it's been this way for a while). Whether they're picky eaters, avoiding whole food groups, anxiety around trying new foods, or dealing with something more complex like ARFID or PFD, we figure out why eating feels hard and create a plan that increases variety. We include what's happening in the gut, the nervous/sensory system, and the body - not just at the table. No pressure, no bribing, no more mealtime battles.

  • Weight concerns icon

    Grow

Underweight · Poor growth · Failure to thrive · Low appetite

Whether your child has low appetite, keeps falling off the growth curve, or just isn't gaining the way they should — we look at the full picture to understand what's actually getting in the way. Then we create a personalized plan to support healthy weight gain and better nutrition (even when labs look "normal" and you've been told to wait and see).

  • Functional Nutrition/Testing

    Thrive

Digestion · Constipation · Energy · Overall health

When a child is truly thriving, you feel it - in their energy, their mood, their focus, and how they move through the day. Constipation, anxiety, SIBO, brain fog, poor sleep - these aren't separate problems. They're usually connected. We get to the root of what's going on so your child feels better from the inside out. When deeper answers are needed, we use stool and micronutrient testing to guide what's next.

Alongside every step

Text support between sessions

You don't have to have it all together to reach out. Real-time guidance means an off week doesn't become an off month.

Testing when it's needed

Micronutrient and stool testing (added cost) shows us exactly what we're working with, so we're never guessing.

Your care team, aligned

I coordinate with feeding therapists, pediatricians, and other providers so everyone is working toward the same goals.

Who's in the room

Who leads the sessions depends on who's making the food decisions, and who's ready to make changes.

Ages 0 to 11

Sessions with parents and caregivers

Younger kids don't choose what's for dinner, what's in the pantry, or when snacks happen. You do. That makes you the one who can change the menu, the routine, and the feel of mealtimes, so we build the plan with you. Your child is still part of it at home through play, exposure, and low-pressure practice.

Ages 12+

Sessions with your child, parents welcome

Around 12, kids start connecting how they eat to how they feel at practice, in class, or with friends. They can set their own goals and take real ownership of their choices. Many are ready for change and just need a path to get there, so your child takes the lead in sessions. You'll always be kept in the loop, and you're welcome to join too.

Not ready yet? We start with you, and bring them in when they are.

Every family is different. We'll figure out what fits yours.

Not another handout. A real plan… with someone in your corner.
