Who We Serve
At Nourished Pediatrics, we support children across Colorado and beyond who are struggling with eating, growth, or digestion — and whose parents know in their gut that something's not quite right.
Maybe your pediatrician said "they'll grow out of it," but you're not so sure. Maybe you've tried every Instagram tip and nothing's sticking. Or maybe you're just tired of feeling like you're failing at mealtimes when you're actually trying everything.
As a pediatric dietitian specializing in picky eating, feeding disorders, and digestive health, I blend feeding therapy strategies with functional nutrition to figure out what's really getting in the way. Whether your child is a picky eater, tube fed, constipated, struggling with weight, or just not thriving (low energy, brain fog), we'll help you find clarity and a plan that feels doable, holistic, compassionate, and tailored to your child’s needs.
My goal is simple: help your child feel safe with food again — so they can expand variety, grow the way they should, and bring some peace back to your table.
1-1 Nutrition Counseling
-

Picky Eating & Mealtime StrugglesIf your child eats the same foods on repeat, avoids fruits, veggies, or proteins, or refuses to try anything new, we help support more variety - without pressure, bribing, or mealtime battles. We also help ensure they’re getting the nutrition they need, even when they’re stuck in a rut.
-

Digestive HealthTummy troubles make eating harder. We get to the root of constipation, reflux, and GI discomfort so kids feel better, poop better, and are more willing to eat. When needed, we use stool testing to help guide next steps.
-

Growth ConcernsWhether your child is skipping meals, snacking all day, or falling off the growth curve, we will create a plan to support healthy weight gain, better nutrition, and more energy, without added pressure.
-

Tube Feeding and WeaningWe work alongside your medical and therapy team to optimize tube feeds, transition to a blended tube feeding plan, and/or gently support a transition to eating more food by mouth, while ensuring they’re getting the calories & nutrition they need to feel their best in the meantime.
-

Functional Nutrition/TestingWe use micronutrient and stool testing to guide a personalized plan that supports brain development, energy, immunity, and overall wellness, especially for neurodivergent or medically complex kids.
-

Feeding Difficulties (PFD/ARFID)If your child only eats a handful of foods, avoids whole food groups, gags with new textures, or has strong sensory or medical challenges, this goes beyond picky eating. We help ensure they’re getting the nutrients they need now - while working closely with your feeding therapy team to support long-term progress.

    Our Approach
Pediatric nutrition is not one-size-fits-all.
Here's what I know after years of working with families like yours: no two kids are the same. Not in how they eat, not in what their bodies need, and definitely not in what's going to work for your family.
Your child's health, their food preferences, their personality, your family’s routine & schedules - all of it matters. So we don't do cookie-cutter plans. We build something that actually fits your life.
At Nourished Pediatrics, we take a holistic, integrative approach to pediatric nutrition. That means I'm asking about sleep, digestion, energy, mood, and movement - because it's all connected. And I'm always looking for the root cause, not just slapping a band-aid on the problem.
You won't get a generic multivitamin recommendation or told to "just keep giving Miralax" from me. If those things are part of the solution, great - but they're never the whole story. We're here to dig deeper and help your child actually thrive.

Your Roadmap to a Healthier, Happier Eater
A 3-month plan to stop the stress, support your child’s growth, and bring peace back to your table.
The Nourished Pathway
Most families come to me after they've tried everything. They're exhausted, confused, and not sure what else to do.
Here's what I know: complex feeding and nutrition challenges don't get solved in one appointment. Real progress takes time — and someone who's paying attention to what's working and what's not.
The Nourished Pathway is a 3-month program where we look at the whole picture — not just what's on the plate, but what's happening inside your child's body that might be creating barriers to eating, growing, or thriving.
What's Included:
- Comprehensive nutrition & feeding assessment — so you finally understand why your child is struggling and get a clear roadmap forward (not another "just try this" suggestion).
- Three months of guided support — including one 60-minute deep-dive session and two 45-minute follow-ups, so you're never left wondering what to do next. You'll see progress unfold week by week, and we'll adjust as we go.
- Customized nutrition plan — tailored to your child's specific needs and your family's real life, not some impossible-to-follow template.
- Ongoing texting support between sessions — so you always have someone in your corner when questions come up (because they always do).
- Access to advanced testing when appropriate — micronutrient panels or comprehensive stool analysis to find the barriers that standard labs miss. When gut health improves or deficiencies are addressed, eating often gets easier.
- Provider collaboration — with your permission, I'll coordinate with your child's feeding therapist, pediatrician, or other specialists to ensure everyone's on the same page.

The Investment: $540
Save 10% when you commit to the full 3-month program. Three months gives us enough time to test, adjust, and see what actually moves the needle for your child — not just try random strategies and hope something sticks.
If you need more support after three months, many families choose to continue on an as-needed basis — we simply shift into maintenance mode.
Functional testing (such as stool or micronutrient analysis) can be added at an additional cost if we decide it would provide helpful insight into your child’s digestion or nutrient needs.

This blood test identifies key nutrients & foods to target so that we can personalize your child’s nutrition plan and guide strategies that increase food variety and acceptance over time.
Stool/Microbiome Testing
This test looks at the microbes and digestive markers in your child’s gut so that we can understand what’s getting in the way of comfort, growth, and easier mealtimes.

Most clinical dietitians have a 3-4 month wait list and a 30 minute time slot to spend with you and your child. I typically have availability within 2-3 weeks and can spend up to 60 minutes discussing your concerns and providing strategies so you don’t need to wait to start seeing results. This also means we have the opportunity to have a longer, more meaningful client-patient relationship! Additionally, you will have direct access to ask questions via email or text 5 days a week. It can be difficult to find a dietitian in the clinical space who specializes in picky eating and feeding difficulties as this is a niche specialty that requires a significant amount of additional education. Lastly - there’s reduced bureaucracy and red tape working with a dietitian in private practice!
