⭐ Our Approach ⭐

No two kids are the same- and we don't treat them that way. At Nourished Pediatrics, we take a holistic, integrative approach that looks at the whole child, not just what's on their plate.

🧠 Big Picture

Feeding challenges are complex, and they rarely have a quick fix. We look at the whole child - sleep, digestion, growth, energy, mood, and the mealtime environment to understand what’s really driving the struggle.

🧬 Root Cause

Stool and micronutrient testing, when appropriate, help guide tailored plans based on what’s actually happening inside your child’s body. By removing guesswork, we’re able to take a more targeted, individualized approach that supports progress more efficiently.

💬 Teamwork

Complex challenges aren't solved in isolation. When needed, I collaborate with your child's other providers - pediatricians, specialists, therapists - so care is aligned and you're not stuck in the middle trying to coordinate it all.
