Meal Planning Guide
How to use:
Pick at least 1-2 preferred foods and 1-2 "not yet" foods for a total of 3-4 foods per meal. You could use this to select a food each member of the family likes. Use this as a tool to build out your meals for the week!
You can also use this as a “food variety checklist” - what foods has your kiddo not tried yet? Which foods are similar to foods they already accept? What can we try next?
